On 17 October, 2024, the AGREEMed Project team in Tunisia (CERTE) organized the 3rd Workshop titled “Collective Intelligence” within the framework of WP6 “Institutional innovation & Socioeconomic intelligence”. The workshop was divided into two parts.
The first part was dedicated to the elaboration of a questionnaire with the farmers implicated in the demosite. The questionnaire was designed to gather information on the various factors that may influence and clarify the farmers' decisions and choices. Moreover, different questions were elaborated to check the readiness of the farmers to adopt alternative solutions developed within the framework of the project, such us the use of reverse osmosis or the treated wastewater with Nature-based Solutions (NbS). Issues related to governance were also discussed with the farmers.
The second part of the workshop concerned the discussion of the questionnaire's results with the main local stakeholders and the decision-makers in the water sector. The aim was to develop efficient solutions related to the use of non-conventional (NCW) water in irrigation.
