This study assesses the water demand and the impact of a desalination plant in the Chtouka plain using an integrated approach that combines remote sensing, CropWat modeling, and field surveys. 

This four-year study investigated the impact of deficit (50% of crop evapotranspiration, ET_c) and excessive (150% ET_c, and 200% ET_c) irrigation on Esbal clementine quality in the Souss-Massa region of Morocco.
